2023 Workforce & Justice Summit

The 2023 Workforce & Justice Summit brought together 150 business leaders, policy experts, justice reformers, and philanthropic leaders for a day-long forum at PricewaterhouseCoopers in midtown Manhattan.

Sessions included 28 speakers from leading business, media, nonprofit, and philanthropic organizations. The panel topics included inclusive hiring, how to shift justice narratives, why systemic change is needed, and why business advocacy is important.

Sidley Austin LLP sponsored a private reception for 110 guests on the eve of the Summit in their Manhattan office. The focus of the night was Unlock Potential, RBIJ’s groundbreaking inclusive hiring program supported by Walmart.org’s Center for Racial Equity.
